Water Sort - Color Fun is a casual mobile game developed and published by me (“I”, “me”, “my”). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app and why. If you have questions, please contact me at nikiizvorski@gmail.com.

Summary

• I do not collect or store any personal information directly inside the app.
• The app displays ads using third-party SDKs (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, Google Advertising ID). These partners may process basic device and usage data to deliver and measure ads.
• You can limit personalized ads through your device settings (see Advertising & Controls below).

Data I Collect

None. I do not collect, store, or sell personal information. All game progress (levels, scores, boosters, etc.) is stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Processing (Advertising & Mediation)

To keep the game free, I use advertising SDKs that may process limited technical data such as:

• Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device model, OS version, app version, language, and country/region.
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, reward completions) and basic network information to prevent fraud.

Partners integrated in this version of the app:

• Unity LevelPlay – mediation, ad delivery, measurement (policy)
• Unity Ads – ad network, measurement, fraud prevention (policy)
• Google Play Services / Ads Identifier – provides the Advertising ID (policy)

Permissions Used

• INTERNET – required to load ads and online resources.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE – used by SDKs to detect connectivity.
• com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID – allows access to the Google Advertising ID for ad delivery and measurement.

Advertising & Controls

You can control or limit personalized advertising:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• Some ad networks may also show their own privacy or consent options inside ads.

Children’s Privacy

The game is intended for a general audience and not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact me and I will take appropriate action.

Data Retention & Security

I do not keep any personal data. Third-party partners may retain ad-related data only as long as necessary for delivery, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. All transfers occur over encrypted connections.

Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of your information. These requests can be made directly to the relevant ad partner or by using your device’s privacy settings.
